With over 35 years of experience representing both buyers and sellers, Ben brings unmatched expertise to the Russo Group. He holds three college degrees, including an MBA, and has more than 50 years of business and ownership experience across multiple industries.

Ben is known for his confidence, calm leadership, and refined professionalism. He leads the team with wisdom, humor, and a true commitment to exceptional service, guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and care.

Michelle Bedwell

Licensed Real Estate Agent

Michelle has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020 and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every transaction. With five years of experience, she is known for caring deeply about doing things right and ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Michelle’s background in massage therapy reflects a lifelong dedication to helping others. That same care, patience, and attention to detail carry into her real estate work, where she focuses on creating a calm, positive experience for every client.

Chris Russo

Renovation and Investment Specialist

Chris is a long-time Roseville resident, having attended Crestmont Elementary and graduated from Oakmont High School. He retired from UPS in 2020 after 35 years of service, delivering throughout communities from Grass Valley to Carmichael. Throughout his career, Chris built his reputation on one core principle: when he steps onto a client’s property, he works for them.

In recent years, Chris has focused on renovating and flipping homes, completing both interior and exterior transformations that turn properties in need of attention into turnkey homes buyers are actively seeking. He approaches each project with discipline and precision, evaluating the work required, materials involved, and the most efficient path to a high-quality finished product.

Respect, loyalty, and clear communication are the foundation of Chris’s work. He takes the trust clients place in him seriously and is committed to delivering results built on integrity and care.
